Your 12 Week health COACHING PROGRAM that guides you in getting connected back to your body so you can thrive in your mindset, nutrition, self care & self love for your whole body!

The Process

Phase 1; Breakthrough Phase

During this phase we cover your Foundation that truly sets you up for success; your identity >> your goals >> habits >> mindset >> and beliefs. When looking to create a change + have success in your health and wellness you have to build off a solid foundation. So if your habits, mindset and beliefs do not fully support you in the person you want to be, you will most likely stay stuck. All of this is why we cover your foundational pieces first sister!


Phase 2; Nutrition

Whenever you’re looking to improve your nutrition the first and best place to start with is education. Becoming educated on what you’re actually eating is so powerful and informative which is why during this phase you will uncover exactly what it is that you're eating, become educated on what food labels means, learn how to read ingredients and learn what shifts you could make to allow you to reach your goals. You will also learn how to build balanced meals so you can feel joyful and satisfied when you eat. The goal through this phase is for you to get reconnected back to your body so you can move into intuitive eating and feel free when it comes to your nutrition.


Phase 3; Self Love

The relationship you have with your body matters sister, which is why we cover Self Love for 4 weeks in Whole Body Wellness. During this phase you will learn multiple different ways to love your body and and implement self love + self care techniques while also learning how to build a better relationship with your body and improve your body image. All of this is so important because you want to work with your body, not against it. We will create a Self Love routine that works well for you and your lifestyle so you can feel amazing + vibrant and pour from a continuously overflowing cup throughout your days.


Phase 4; Renewed Phase

During this Phase, we reflect and cover everything we’ve gone over thus far throughout the Program. It’s important for you to see all the amazing progress you have made! We also cover any possible questions or roadblocks you might still be having so you can feel you’re set up for success once completing the 12 week program. And one of the most exciting parts is during the last week of the program you will also create goals and action steps for you to take in reaching those goals so you know what steps to take in continuing towards your goals following Whole Body Wellness.

I am so grateful you are here girlfriend! This is the first step in finally taking back your health and wellness so you can wake up feeling confident in who you are and knowing how to nourish, love and move your body in a way that feels good for YOU!

Believe it or not sis, I was you about 8 years ago. After dieting for a lot of my life starting at the age of 10, by the time I was 16 I found myself overcoming an eating disorder because I was so confused on how to feed my body. I didn’t know how to love the body I lived in and I woke up feeling defeated and not confident in who I was. By the Grace of God, I was able to finally take my life back. I became educated on food, so I would know how to feed and nourish my body in a way that worked for ME and my body. During the beginning of overcoming an eating disorder, I was determined to learn how to exercise and workout in a way that I enjoyed, so I hired a personal trainer and that is where my absolute LOVE + PASSION for Health and Wellness began.

It is because of all of this, I created Whole Body Wellness 1:1 Coaching Program, because I get what it’s like girlfriend. I’ve been there and because of that I want YOU to experience better!!
