My FAVORITE Protein Powder

and why ✨

 

I have tried MANY protein powders over the years, but it wasn’t until almost two years ago I found one that won the cake!! One that didn’t have any unnecessary ingredients such as; guar gum, xanthum gum, stevia.. the list could truly go on and on! The one I found has ONE ingredient! Yes you read that correctly ONE! It’s by a company called Nuzest and its their Just Natural Clean Lean Protein and I must say it is exactly that. Premium European Golden Pea Protein. That’s it. Just one ingredient, but yet it is so wonderful! The consistency is so fine and soft so it blends super well in smoothies or just in a protein shake. You can add anything you would like to it without the taste being overpowering which I LOVE! ✨

My two favorite things to add personally are 1 Tablespoon of pure Coconut Sugar and about 2 Tablespoons of pure CoCoa Powder! It tastes SO GOOD!


The reason I don’t like having flavored protein? Well that’s a post for another day, but to sum it up briefly.. the additives. There are SO many unnecessary ingredients in not all, but A LOT of protein powders that can mess up your digestive tract, be hard to digest and honestly some of them are just completely unnecessary. SO with that being said I encourage you as a friend and your Health Coach to KEEP IT SIMPLE! Add your own ingredients to Raw Natural Protein so you know exactly what is going into it!! Believe me, your gut and your body will thank you!!
