So with all of that, lets get to the Goodness.. The R e c i p e ✨

Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe yields about 8 - 10 Larger Cookies, but of course if you wanted to make smaller ones you totally could!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups Almond Flour (my go to is Bobs Red Mill, I order it off of Vitacost)
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar (I love Navitas Organics and Madhava, I order both of those off of Vitacost as well)
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Power (make sure it is corn free, here is one you can order off of Vitacost)
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Heaping Tablespoon of Applesauce
- 1 Cup Almond Butter (make sure it is fresh ground or smooth, unless you would like chunks of almonds in your cookies)
- 1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup (Grade B is best if you can find it)

Mix Everything Up

- Add is Chocolate Chips to your liking. My FAV is Hu Chocolate Gems. I order them directly through their website. They are Paleo and FREE of everything mentioned. I chop them up into smaller pieces and add them to the cookie dough once it is mixed

Roll the Cookie Dough into a ball about the size of a Lacrosse Ball, maybe slightly smaller, Flatten the Cookie to your desires thickness and Place it on a Baking Sheet!

Bake the Cookies at 350 Degrees for about 10 Minutes. Add More Chocolate Chips Or Shavings to the top of the Cookies and put them back in the oven for about 60-90 Seconds, and Voila there you have it! Some AMAZING, Clean Ingredient, Allergy Friendly, Delicious..
